BTS Property Solutions works with housing providers and contractors across the country, delivering works to circa 1000 homes each year, through bespoke, cost-effective regeneration packages for both individual projects and long-term partnering programmes.

Our Regeneration Teams are focused on delivering high quality solutions in collaboration with residents and our Resident Liaison Team ensures a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer is assigned to each project to guarantee the engagement and comfort of each resident. This has ensured we achieve an average resident satisfaction rate of 99% across our schemes.

With our in-house teams and trusted supply chain partners, we offer a wide range of regeneration services for our clients, including:

  • Internal and external fabric repairs, redecorations and upgrades (including facias and rainwater goods)
  • Repairs and replacements to roofing, balconies and walkways, including liquid coating applications
  • Window and door replacements and upgrades
  • Passive fire safety works
  • Installation / retrofit decarbonisation measures
  • Upgrades and replacement communal facilities, including bin stores, pram sheds and drying areas
  • Landscaping, including paving

Case study: Havering BC

Our BTS Special Works Team are delivering schedules of Fabric Repairs, Decorations, Decarbonisation Solutions and Estate Improvements across Havering BC’s estates to maintain and enhance their stock.

Works undertaken to the estates include:

  • Render, concrete and brickwork repairs
  • Balcony repairs, recoating and replacements
  • Repair and replacement of roofing and liquid coatings to balconies and walkways
  • External and communal decorations, including Class O
  • Replacement facias and rainwater goods
  • Fabric repairs prior to installation of EWI systems\
  • EWI and Insulation system installation
  • Replacement of windows, doors and spandrel panels
  • New and upgraded bin stores and pram sheds
  • Installation of drying areas
  • General upgrades and maintenance of landscaping, including new blockwork pathing.

To support the programme we are also assisting the client and their consultants with the completion of building condition surveys on each property and developing schedules of fabric repairs required for each one.

With each of the estates having a tailored package of works, the team have already completed improvements across 4 estates with 3 currently in progress and another 2 scheduled for delivery in 2023/24.
