Case study: Green Street, Digbeth

The Green Street project in Digbeth, Birmingham, consists of the construction a new 160 unit residential development for Merchant Square Capital.

As part of a larger plan of regeneration for the area, the scheme is a key investment in the commencement of the regeneration and building a better space for the local community.

Across the developments we are delivering:

  • Site condition surveys, including UXO surveys
  • Completion of groundworks and piling
  • Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems
  • Load-Bearing SFS (external wall, internal walls and concrete floors)
  • Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors
  • Aluminium Rainscreen, Stone and Brickslip Cladding
  • Internal fit out of completed apartments and communal areas
  • Mechanical and Electrical installation.
