GREEN STREET, DIGBETH
Case study: Green Street, Digbeth
The Green Street project in Digbeth, Birmingham, consists of the construction a new 160 unit residential development for Merchant Square Capital.
As part of a larger plan of regeneration for the area, the scheme is a key investment in the commencement of the regeneration and building a better space for the local community.
Across the developments we are delivering:
- Site condition surveys, including UXO surveys
- Completion of groundworks and piling
- Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems
- Load-Bearing SFS (external wall, internal walls and concrete floors)
- Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors
- Aluminium Rainscreen, Stone and Brickslip Cladding
- Internal fit out of completed apartments and communal areas
- Mechanical and Electrical installation.

Following a challenging start with of our initial contractor, BTS Property Solutions have stepped in, working closely with our own team and to complete the Stage 4 Designs and expediating the preconstruction phase to get us back on programme.
