Works undertaken to the estates include:

  • Render, concrete and brickwork repairs
  • Balcony repairs, recoating and replacements
  • Repair and replacement of roofing and liquid coatings to balconies and walkways
  • External and communal decorations, including Class O
  • Replacement facias and rainwater goods
  • Fabric repairs prior to installation of EWI systems\
  • EWI and Insulation system installation
  • Replacement of windows, doors and spandrel panels
  • New and upgraded bin stores and pram sheds
  • Installation of drying areas
  • General upgrades and maintenance of landscaping, including new blockwork pathing.

To support the programme we are also assisting the client and their consultants with the completion of building condition surveys on each property and developing schedules of fabric repairs required for each one.

With each of the estates having a tailored package of works, the team have already completed improvements across 4 estates with 3 currently in progress and another 2 scheduled for delivery in 2023/24.
